How to Place an Order

Go to the Contact Me section of our website with your ideas and let me know what you are looking for. I will then contact you for a consultation to discuss the details of the project. My goal is to create for you an album you absolutely love! In order to do this, I need to be sure we are on the same page regarding design style, timing, delivery, and price. Therefore, I have a client-consultant agreement that I review with you during the initial consultation.

During your free consultation, we'll determine a timeframe together. The length of time before completion depends on the size of the project. A 20-page, 12x12 album will usually take 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design style. A smaller album would take less time. I will make every effort to accommodate rush orders.

Once I receive your original signed contract, your pictures and your 50% non-refundable deposit, I will begin working on your project. There is a waiting period for personal checks to clear before I begin working on the project.

I will keep in contact with you during the entire process. Once the project is complete we will make arrangements for pick-up or shipping. Your remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up.
